Be Forward’s Malawi office selling Japanese cars

BE FORWARD contends that “technology of internet made it available for consumers around the world to shop or import merchandises from abroad very easily.” However, the company observed that “this is not a shared fact in developing areas of the globe as computer ownership at each individual’s home is still a high bar in many of such countries.” Be forward also rightly observed that “Malawi is not an exception to this, but it will be extremely convenient for them to have an access to online shopping sites, especially when it comes down to merchandises like vehicles, the daily necessity for Malawian’s life.” Rightly submits BE FORWARD: “Majority of people in this country do not own computers at home.  They may find a website, full of inventories, on their smart phones, but their monitors may be too small to see the vast inventory of exporters or see the details they need to confirm before they make the purchase decisions.  Or they may need import duty amount for total budgeting.” It is against this background that the company has come to the rescue of Malawians by opening a first customer centre in the country's commercial city of Blantyre—an office which was opened since May this year on trial basis, with computers and salesmen waiting to help people in need. The said Be Forward customer center in Malawi is conveniently located inside Mighty Be forward Wanderers Club house—thus along Lali Lubani Road and arguably near the mighty Kamuzu Stadium. “This customer centre is ideal for Malawians from just browsing through inventory of vehicles to actually purchasing or importing them. “Well-trained salesmen at the centre will assist customers while they sit in front of computers, both of which are available by totally free of charge, from computer operations, site operations to detailed inquiries as to the amount of import duty expected on a certain vehicle.” BE FORWARD retains a constant inventory of 10,000 vehicles and sold approximately 7,636 units of Toyota and Nissan Sedans, Trucks and Buses to Malawi for the fiscal year 2014 -2015.
